Some experts have estimated that as many as 50 million Americans may be lactose-intolerant or have a lactose sensitivity, which is why lactose-free milk gets such a sizable section of the chilled dairy case these days. If you regularly buy one well-known lactose-free milk brand, you’ll want to be aware of a recall announced Friday.

The US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) published an alert that Lactaid was being recalled because it was discovered that five varieties contained trace amounts of almond, which is not declared on the label. “People who have an allergy or severe sensitivity to almonds may run the risk of serious or life-threatening allergic reaction if they consume these products,” says the FDA.

For anyone concerned about nut allergy or sensitivity, the five Lactaid varieties, all with a code of 51-4109 P2 on them, are the following:

From the annoucnement, it’s not clear which retailers carry the recalled Lactaid products. The FDA notes that no illnesses have yet been reported related to the recall.
